Your study data.

Marine Practice Hub stores your email address, display name, securely hashed password, study completions, answers and mock history in its application database. They are used to sign you in, resume sessions and show progress.

Cookies and storage

An essential sign-in cookie keeps your session active for up to 30 days with renewal while in use. Signing out removes the session cookie. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no external trackers. The interface may remember unsaved exam responses locally until they can be saved to your account.

Content processing

Study content is prepared in advance. Your answers and account details are not sent to an AI model for grading. The backend checks answers against the authored answer key.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers the website and routes encrypted account requests to our API on a Hetzner server in Germany. Account records and study history are held in this app’s own database on that server. Hosting providers process connection details such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Account data

Your account and study history remain available until you ask for their removal. You can asksupport@marinepracticehub.com for a copy, correction or deletion of your account data. Security backups may retain a protected copy for up to 30 days after deletion.
